I need to tone up bad (well i think so anyway). Actually no, there is only two places I would like to be more toned. Here and here (im pointing but you can't see).

heh heh i was thinking of toned boobs. alllan was suppose to go gym with john lam but i told him if he didnt wanna go out w/ me he had to promise he cant leave the house NO MATTER WHAT. 'even if your family is all going america, which could happen in a day' heh heh heh
